I wanted to take just another quick moment to thank you for visiting my website and ask you to read the important information below!
As a reminder, the agents/companies that show up on the listings you are about to view represent the sellers. Their fiduciary resposibility is to their seller first and foremost. As your buyers agent, my loyalty and accountability is only to you. Not to the sellers. If the home you are interested in is overpriced I am going to let you know. I will run a full Comparative Marketing Analysis (CMA) on the home to show you the comparables (comps). If the home is overpriced you are going to be able to see it in black and white.
If you fill out my VIP Buyer Request I will present you with every home in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) that matches your specific criteria. Whether the homes are resale homes or new construction based on your preferences. As a Realtor I can get much more specific on the search criteria. The free search service below will only allow you to search limited parameters. I am able to get down to the nitty gritty, such as single level, vaulted ceilings, seperate tub/shower and etc. I can also schedule showings of the homes you are interested in. Please pick the ones you like, contact me and we can go and look at them.
I will use my 23 plus years of experience in the housing industry to negotiate you the best possible price. I will also help protect your interest rate as well as be there on your inspections and your framing and final walk-throughs on new construction.
